Two engineers, a workshop opening at Sølvgade 30, and a club that finally gets a home.
/Who's behind this
We both work in robotics and AI in Copenhagen, with an international mix of backgrounds and a network that runs through the city's robotics and startup scene. Outside our day jobs we build hardware, push at new technology, and pull like-minded people together.
Artur Habuda
Co-founder · Robotics Engineer
Works on vision-language-action (VLA) models in robotics engineering. Holds a master's degree in autonomous systems from DTU.
Tern Folbaek
Co-founder · Machine Learning Engineer
Two years in software engineering, now working in machine learning, with personal robotics projects on the side that pulled him toward starting the hub.
/Our story
Copenhagen has a growing community of talented engineers, students, and tech enthusiasts. What it does not have is a dedicated physical space in the city where people can build hardware and robotics projects together. The rooms that exist are either tailored purely for office work, or locked behind private companies and universities.
We are stepping in to fill that gap by creating a practical, shared workshop where engineers can exchange ideas, access tools, collaborate on real physical builds, and grow the local robotics scene together.
We already founded the first non-academic robotics club in Copenhagen: 30+ members as of now, and growing. What it has never had is a shared hub where community events, symposiums, and project building can actually take place.
On the other side, there is already interest from robotics startups in the city that would join the workspace on a monthly membership. Putting both in the same room is the whole idea: the startups get directly exposed to young talent and research from our members, and both sides grow by building together and using shared tools and robotic equipment that would otherwise be too expensive to acquire on their own.

/Who it's for
You don't need to own a soldering iron or know what a microcontroller is to show up. If you're curious about robotics and want to build something with other people, there's a place for you here.
We are not only trying to build a self-sustaining hub through memberships. We want to give something back to the local community by bringing robotics closer to people; that is why it mattered to us that the space be central, and why Sølvgade 30, across the street from Kongens Have, is where we landed. Now and then we want to open it to the public, show our work, and make robotics accessible to everyone.
